If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement or refund you - your choice, no return shipping on damaged items.
To start a return, email us at chenyidi@ymail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
