Welcome to Purely Pets. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders. When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or priced in error — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments.

Shipping. Delivery times are estimates (typically 4–8 business days within the continental US) and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns. Returns are handled as described on our Return Policy page.

Products. We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately; minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
